Data protection declaration
In the context of using our website, your personal data (hereinafter only "data") will be processed. This data may include your name, address, e-mail address and other personal information. Processing is basically any way of dealing with this data.
In the following you will therefore receive information on the processing of your data within the scope of use by GWT-TUD GmbH on the basis of the provisions of the Basic Data Protection Ordinance (DS-GVO) and the applicable federal and state data protection laws.
A) Purposes and legal basis of our data processing
1. Registration
You can use our website to register with us. It is not possible to create an user profile without entering the mandatory information provided during registration. The legal basis for the processing of this data is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 b) DSGVO, as the processing is necessary for the execution of the contract existing between you and us.
2. Extension of the user profile
You then have the option to voluntarily provide further data and to store it with us in order to use it in the context of using our services. The legal basis for the processing of these data is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 a) DSGVO.
3. Newsletter
We also process data in order to send you e-mails based on your consent to the sending of newsletters. The legal basis for the processing of these data is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 a) DSGVO.
Consent to receive a newsletter
If you register for the newsletter stored on the website, you give us your consent, which can be revoked at any time, to the regular sending of the newsletter. Consent is given until revoked.
4. Contact form
The website provides a contact form for contacting us. As far as personal data are concerned, the data entered here are stored on the server of the hosting provider and then forwarded via e-mail to the intended receiving mailbox. The forwarding takes place exclusively within the server, so that any endangerment of the confidentiality of the data is effectively excluded. The legal basis for processing is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 b) DSGVO.
Notwithstanding this, the legal basis for the collection of the name Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 f) DSGVO. The legitimate interest in this is a more personal approach to the requester.
Consent to the processing of further data of the contact form
In addition to the required information you have the possibility to send us further contact information. In this respect, it is voluntary information for the processing of which you give us your consent with the information. The consent includes the processing to the same extent as was specified for the mandatory data.
5. E-mail contact
Contact can be established at various points on the website via the e-mail address provided. The transmitted personal data, in particular the e-mail address itself, is stored. This data will not be passed on to third parties. The data will be used exclusively for processing the request. The legal basis for the processing of data is Art. 6 paragraph 1 sentence 1 f DSGVO. The legitimate interest in the processing of the data lies in the execution of the contact. The data will be deleted once the purpose of the communication has ceased or has ceased. If an offer process takes place in the course of communication, the processed data will be deleted after expiry of the retention periods provided for this purpose.
6. IT security
Finally, we also process data in your and our interest in order to guarantee the integrity, confidentiality and availability of the data processing systems, i.e. in particular the security and availability of your data at "figaro-study.de" The use of our website and our app without processing data for this purpose is not possible. The legal basis for the processing of this data is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 f) DSGVO; our legitimate interest is the maintenance and secure provision of our services.
B) Transfer of data beyond EU borders
The data we collect is stored exclusively on servers in the European Union. A transmission of data to companies outside the European Union does not take place without your express consent. This also applies to service providers commissioned by us for data processing with the exception of the service providers listed below.
C) Data receiver
We will only transmit your data via a secure connection.
To be able to offer you all functions, we also use selected service providers who process data on our behalf. We only pass on data within the framework of legally permissible order processing to service providers carefully selected and commissioned in writing by us. These receive only those data which are necessary for the fulfilment of the order.
These include the following categories of contractors: Identification service providers, software developers, server hosters, customer support.
D) Duration of data storage
The duration of data storage is determined for all processing operations carried out on the basis of a balance of interests or consent from the previous list of processing operations. Insofar as the processing takes place on the basis of a contract, the data will be deleted after the contractual purpose ceases to apply, unless we are legally obligated to further storage or retention. Insofar as the data is still required for the processing of outstanding transactions, the deletion will take place at the earliest after the processing of these transactions.
E) Data processing for web analysis, trackers and other plug-ins
We do not use any additional plugins.
F) Data security
All data stored by us or any order processors is protected against unauthorized access, loss and alteration in accordance with current security standards. To this end, comprehensive technical and organisational security precautions are applied with a standard that at least complies with legal requirements.
G) Your rights and complaint possibilities
You have the following rights towards us regarding the data concerning you:
- Right to receive information,
- Right to obtain data correction or deletion,
- right to limitation of processing,
- Right to revoke your consent,
- right of opposition to the processing,
- Right to data transferability.
